From 1930s Schoolhouse to Delhi's Warmest B&B

Nine decades of history — and two hosts who treat you like family.

A building with stories to tell

CP Villa was built in the 1930s as a school. In the 1970s and 80s the property hosted the North Korean Embassy, and later the College of Vocational Studies, before becoming the family home it is today.

Meet Amit & Shubha

Your hosts live on the first floor with a separate garden entrance — invisible unless you need them, and endlessly helpful when you do. Amit is a lawyer and an avid reader of science and spiritual books; Shubha is the best guide to Delhi's markets you could ask for.

Between them they will sort your airport pickup, train tickets, forex, SIM card and dinner plans — usually over WhatsApp, usually within minutes.
